"I posted below about 6 months ago and that was for auto insurance and Lindsay was the most helpful. I have recently been working with Frankie and again delight but I am changing my 5 stars to 1 and that’s too much. Posting this to warn anyone that is purchasing a home to not trust them. I recently just closed on a house that is financed and fully intended to stay with State Farm for insurance because I do like the idea of local and friendly and my autos have been thru them for years with no claims . However they are choosing not to Cover my house because it’s neglected. Yet it was appraised inspected and financed. They waited until the day after I closed on the house to tell me they would not cover after having gave me the quote several weeks before. I just closed on it and in one weeks time we have made great progress. I am so disappointed that they can’t even give me a chance to complete any work that may need to be done. I’ve had the house a week and can’t finish stuff overnight. But you know it was probably meant for me to find a lower rate and not worry about local and friendly. They will loose my business on auto insurance as well Dena . I have auto insurance. Lindsey was very professional and helped me to add a vehicle. I recommend asking for her"
